ADV Noob Ride - Otay Sunday 8/2 - 8am

Recommended Posts

Hey erry body.

Sunday Aug 2nd

I'm planning a beginner level ride to safely help orient newer dual sport riders with other riders and smooth terrain.

Screenshot_20200713-084028_8378.png.8b8479a8e39a9828258bf7718bbdde2a.png

The route consists of smooth  sailing mountain roads with breath taking scenery over lake something  and fine vistas that over look the neighboring Mexican landscape.

If any interest...

Please bring water pac and whatever snacks you like to eat.

Staging is available.

I may truck my bike there to meet up point and unload my bike at the meet up spot .

Experienced riders welcome.

We could use an experienced ADV riding sweep.

Meet at 8am Sunday 8/2.

Hi tdub .it would be nice to see your riding skills out there on the trail  again. Everyone seems to enjoy seeing them..

Hope you can make it. .

Lurking as well

Sorry Pokey , we can have only one lurker on this ride and it's taken by tdub.

You are definitely welcome to commit to riding sweep. It would be great to have your skill set along on this group ADV.

Begginners and new to the site riders welcome, come enjoy the outdoors with us as we safely navigate South County mountain EZ trail on dual sport ADV bikes and take in what the great outdoors has to offer.

Fantastic opportunity to increase your GPS tracks and network with other ADV enthusiasts.

Thanks for the compliment.  I need to check with my track riding group if we are doing a motocross day.  If not I will be able to join. Sounds fun

Thanks Jl, for your dilagent vilagence .

I've contacted the USFS, the SDFP, the BLM, the BP, the CNFRS, the USDA, the fire look out tower, and the governor and it's ok to be on an XR , KTM, BMW or CRFXR, ASAP as long as you RSVP with this post on SDAR .

8am at Pio Pico campground is being murmured about. But that’s just a rumor at this point.

So I never wonder down south much,  is that close to riding right next to the border, I've seen pics of a dirt road right next to the wall.
