Goofy Footer 539 Posted April 27, 2020 Hard to tell the perspective from that picture. Appears to be outside the rock circle considering how close that tire is but cannot confirm. It may not be malicious. Somebody could have driven into it by accident. Many sxs in the area with inexperienced drivers.
