It's not far from you....you've never seen it?  I have ridden by many times in the past, not sure how accessible it is.  I'd like to get inside, let's do it!

I've been there many times. It's one of our (me and the kids) stops on our way to Super from OW. I've spoken to the owner a couple times. He sells parts to people all over the world.

I can’t believe that I’ve never seen this before and I am a 20 year retired aviator. Let’s plan to go!

It's south of 78 and just a little west of San Felipe Wash at the south end of Old Mine Rd.  N33.1050, W116.0452

Thanks!

I'd like a piece of that as well.  Should make for a really fun day and possibly some very cool moto-pics!

Years ago he had a fleet of vintage planes there but I heard  that he moved them to Norcal. Anyway they haven't been in Socal for some years. Nothing but parts now. Also heard that he routinely flew them in movies, tv commercials, etc back in the day.

Edit: It looks like they got moved to Chino and not Norcal. Here's an interesting read on the history:

You're just a couple of miles from the Blue Inn if you want food.

The owner was a friend of my step dad a long time ago.
I got to fly in a B25 and ride in the nose turret when I was a kid.
Awesome memories.
We used to camp at the airfield.
We used to fly sail planes out of his compound back when I was piloting.

Last time I was there, I was eyeing an engine cowling that with some glass on top would make a really cool table.

That's a cool idea. I doubt those cowlings are cheap though.
