Ptkatoomer 114 Posted December 24, 2019 A while back I went in to O'Reilly's for a cabin filter on my Nissan truck. The gal asked me if I knew where it went and I said the manual told me it was behind the glove box . She offered to install it for me so I said sure. Now I was at a different O'Reilly's needing new wiper blades for my work van. This guy asked me if I knew how to install these aftermarket blades with their adapter. I said I could probably figure it out ok, but he came out in the rain and installed them for me. Maybe it's some kind of company policy, but I was impressed. simicrintz 177 Posted December 24, 2019 You don't get that kind of service anymore (I am old enough to remember full service gas stations and trading stamps, so I go back to that in my head). That's pretty cool!
Bp619 104 Posted December 24, 2019 Wow I'm surprised they installed the cabin filter, I worked at pepboys for 2 years during high school and it was policy to install wipers. Hated last minute customers who all of a sudden needed wipers during a downpour
