No kickstart? My buddy's solution

Recommended Posts

Remember the discussion about no kickstart, a capacitor, and a booster pack? My buddy Thorne cooked this solution:

based on the now-$31.55 Suaoki battery pack. https://www.amazon.com/SUAOKI-Portable-Flashlight-Gasoline-Certified/dp/B07R5FKPZJ/ref=sr_1_13?keywords=Suaoki+booster&qid=1571937333&smid=A135PKI6ZI5AQI&sr=8-13

Let’s unpack this comment-

“Why do I not understand [...]”?

There could be any number of reasons for this failure- socio-economic background, failure to pay attention in class, post-engine damage trauma are among the primary causes.

If the implied question is actually “Where does the fancy cable attach?”, the answer is to the primary battery leads, but on the end where the leads meet the bike rather than on the battery posts.

Or that it is my interest to not understand the obvious.  Thanks for explainer.

Notes:

Insulate those loose battery leads

Leaving the battery connected would work: Although if really bad shape would sap the aux charger power.  Is that why he disconnects?

Just trying to help with your learning disability here.....I believe he has it disconnected to show that it is starting directly off the aux battery?  Good day, sir!

I believe the full disconnection is to demonstrate a completely dead battery.

i agree the exposed terminals are discomfiting.
