Bagstr 287 Posted August 27, 2019 NOAA Forecast Sunday/Monday Greater changes are forthcoming Sunday and Labor Day when the upper high lifts north, opening the door for monsoonal moisture to return to SoCal. Early moisture advection forecasts show 1.75" to 2.00" of Precipitable Water moving into the lower deserts Monday. Both the GEFS and EPS ensembles show QPF over far southern California, with the best chance for showers and thunderstorms over the mountains and deserts.
