Recommended Posts

Finally, after being without our rig for a year and a half, we finally got it back from Pennsylvania Sidecar builder, Freedom Sidecars...it's now modified for more ground clearance and ready to continue our Round the World Trip in January 2020.....Mexico and South America, here we come !  Yeehaw !  These next 6 months are going to fly by fast as we prepare and anticipate our departure out of the country and then we'll be gone for a few years.

Congrats. Bring us up to date on what they've been working on for the last year and a half.

We'll be riding every weekend, and want to do some local overnight camping...gotta get back into the groove of camping and cooking.

Slow builder, took way too long.

New clutch, rebuilt tranny and rear differential, completely new mounts and sidecar frame to get more ground clearance....original build was not satisfactory.. glad I found this out before we were going to leave for Mexico last year.

There's an Adventure Loop track set as part of the Big Bear Run this weekend......should be a fun/easy loop in the rig and a good opportuinity to mingle with the BBTR crew.   This year marks the 25th annual event........time flys.........should be a blast.......

We got our rig back yesterday, had to charge battery overnight. Put the tank back on and she fired right up. I went to my room to get my boots and jacket to go for a short ride to the park. Doc stared at me the whole time, thinkin' "Dad, are we goin' for a ride" ?  He jumped right in and felt totally at home in his sidecar.
