Helmet rack

Recommended Posts

I had a little time to kill during the monsoon of 19 so I decided to putter around in the garage. I have a bunch of old helmets taking up space and I didn’t want to just throw them away. So I came up with a way to display them.

I didn’t want a shelf so I bought a few of these cheap hangers from Harbor Freight for $1 ea on sale.

Just a few bends and they worked perfect.

My friend bought one of the first CR250's to reach San Diego. It was the first Bulltaco Persang eater from Japan.

Cool, I know I have a hard time throwing helmets away. I thought about tuning them into planters. But I think they would just fall over.

I like it. I have so many helmets (I've been saving them) to mount. I like this idea better than a shelf. Can we see a pic of the hangers on the wall without the helmet???
