Any suggestions on the best pegs to replace my stock ones?

I do like the idea of the rubber on top, but not a deal breaker

The eBay Chinese ones for $14 delivered are good. Steel or aluminum.

Make sure you order the ones that come with the springs.

Rubberized pegs are no fun when they are wet and/or muddy...

+1 on the wet and/or muddy...

Replaced the stock pegs on my 1190R right away.  The rubber inserts were removable, but the stock width was a little narrow for good support while stand up riding.

The extended width pegs are so much better.

I should've mentioned that I have a set of IMS ADV II footpegs for the KLR. Used in the box with all hardware.

PM me if your ever interested in them.

Badass pegs, just big.

I've had a set of the cheap-o's from d2moto on the KLR for years. The IMS pegs are way better but the Chinese one's work fine for less than $15.
