Bagstr 287 Posted March 2, 2017 "Where is the Ride Report?" Boy, tough crowd. Clear skies, 60 - 70F, Good Breakfast with a witty buddy. 70 miles. Damp Sand, puddles here and there, green grass, healthy aloe and ocotillo, few flowers. The best aspect was that the washes have been filled and graded by the floods. No stinking 4 wheel drive tracks. Washes still had some mud, but did not cause us any trouble. We even returned to the Cut Across Mud Hills track which was surprisingly dry. Visited the geologic site on Fault Wash. ( after I rode by it twice looking for it! ) Rare conditions followed by frites with spicy Korean dip, shared pizza and a Sculpin. Had to re-route one area to avoid muddy wash. Made it through all our routes. Swell Day, CID has a few photos
