no carnage! no major get-offs! just a few pictures...

Bikeslut and Fake Name met at 7. Fake Name has a good reason to keep his identity secret,

so we'll try to refer to him as another fn ktm rider, or Mr Bill. (look at his headlight!)

I rolled in just on time. Band rehearsal kept me out until 2, I had just finished putting the new plastic on my bike, and I was wearing a brand new pair of boots... Looked like the perfect storm for carnage...

Mostly uneventful ride, however... Mr Bill stopped at one point to check out a bag left on the trail, and, as no good deed goes unpunished, his bike fell over .

We did a lot of the trails, then buzzed back home. I was back home by 10:15... good pace with a good rider, and a bike almost as good looking as mine...

I'm sure everybody noticed the stealth "theme"... black volvo wagon, with black trailer and black bike... black underwear... He said they are all painted in radar-diffusing black paint, making it harder to follow him with radar, etc.

Funny you should mention it... I recently found out that a LONG TIME friend IS a porn star!

but not fn... as far as I know... but his web site does offer a "touch me" option...

Wow, a day away from the internet, and look, ma I'm a star!

I didn't open the bag, but it was heavy and seemed full of liquid. So it was probably water for a "foreign pedestrian traveler" or possibly a quantity of binary explosive (there, I just triggered a word filter somewhere at the NSA) sufficient to blow the top of the Laguna Summit.

While the headlight does not spin, I rarely wheelie, so it's not a factor. But it's resemblance to Mr Bill is undeniable. And it makes a LOT of light.

And I'll take the "good pace with a good rider" compliment, thanks.
