TdubLady 1 Posted October 6, 2015 Loaded up the camper truck Friday night. Met my buddy John in Temcula at Moe's Egg House(real good food) around 7, then headed to the track. 2 of the guys from my Facebook group that signed up with me helped me unload my bike. Then class time. This time there was another girl. She rides sportbike with me. The first session out, after we're warned multiple times to take it easy....one guy lost the front and broke his thumb. The around the 3rd session a guy crashed and broke off his brake lever but didn't notice or something and took off wide open down the back straight...through the tires, the grass-all the way up to the fence. That ended HIS day. The irony of the fact he rode to school on the biggest BMW I've ever seen! Looked like a spaceship. Oh well. Then lunch, supermoto style: My day went real well. This time I could absorb more of what Brian was teaching. I focused on getting my line consistent and this time I wasn't getting passed all over the place, which was real nice. I got that hairpin left I was hating conquered finally I even did dirt Then,in the afternoon, I had a dude try to stuff me. You can see how that went: That's him on my left-he's actually behind me Here he's diving in-you have to look close to see him: Apparently, he'd already been warned for something else, so that was the end of him. All in all it was an awesome day. I camped at the track and took advantage of Brian going to get gas to sneak the truck onto the track and take a pic: Sunday I rode my TW and really worked on shifting and braking. I feel I gained alot and definitely wanna do more track days there. It's a load of fun for $45!! Even in 115 degree heat.

TdubLady 1 Posted October 6, 2015 Wow! That is awesome, I can't believe you wrecked that guy though. Tsk Tsk I heard him coming at me and was freaking out inside, but I held my line steady like I was taught. The intense focus is all over my face in the pic, lol

Mikey777 44 Posted October 10, 2015 Looks like fun...and that's what he gets for violating the track safe passing rules.
