Great line - "You can't quit right? Get on with riding or get on with dying - one or the other" lol

You'd think after 44 years on bikes I'd be better/faster!

That would be an awesome quote to put on the SDAR shirts.

ha,, from one old guy to another,,, too late buddy!

A lady that I work with, that I thought was much younger than me, told me in some random conversation her age. She's like 4 years older! I thought,, I hope I look that good when I'm her age and then it hit me,,,, I look way older now!!!

Aint gonna happen after all,,,you've heard the story about the old bull and the young bull up on the hill,,,,

This video has been posted several times on this forum. I am sure it is inspirational to those who are experiencing the limits of the aging process for the first time.

But...

Aging process is real folks.

I am 72 and still ride, jog and dance but definitely not the way I did in the past.

You will see.

We all do in time.

"Life is nasty, brutish and short for all living things...then you die!" (Thomas Hobbes)

Live with it.

Every day you're not living; you're dying... same idea

I've slowed down... I'm younger than some here, and way better off than most of my non-riding buddies of the same age. I've lost high school classmates to "natural causes", so I know I'm old. Like Don, I'm still pretty active, but when I have a big week at work/music, I feel it... such is life

I turned 55 Wednesday. I still love to ride, but love my family even more.
