Crawdaddy 96 Posted August 22, 2007 Sent my 2 yr old 60CSx into Garmin Customer Service in Kansas last week (one of the 4 pin hardwire connectors in the back of the unit broke off/disappeared somehow ). Came home tonight to find a new unit on my doorstep. They opted to replace rather than repair......NO CHARGE. I'm just out the ~$10 for shipping/insurance to get my old unit to them.......Nice to see a mfg back up their product like that.....especially since I can't say with any certainty that it didn't happen as a result of my negligence (otherwise known as - crashing ) when riding at Big Bear in June, Bass Lake in July, or with Dig Dug in Arrowhead a few weeks ago???
