Man Cave! 2 bedroom house on 1 acre in Shelter Valley $64,50

Recommended Posts

$64,500 - Disclosure: I am a Realtor (have been for 25 years). I am a Fannie Mae direct broker and receive listings from them that are foreclosed properties.

I thought I would share this listing here as it might appeal to the off road crowd - some of us have spent more than this on trailers! It's not too far from Butterfield RV campground on Broken Cinch Trail.

The good: It is a 2 bedroom one bath and NOT a manufactured or mobile home - conventional stick built construction. 924 sq ft on one level usable acre

The bad: It is on a well and it appears there is sand in getting into the system so it will need a liner or filter. Also the bathroom needs to be redone.

SDAR clubhouse?

I'd make a contribution for a communal crash pad. this would bring us one step closer to the cripps!

for an off-roader on a budget, that could work. Pretty close to Julian, Plaster City and Ocotillo Wells.\

I sure wouldn't want to live there in the summer though..

:coolio: sand in the water you say  SAND?!?!?! in the DESERT?

I amazed there is some water in that sand

Schwinn always washes my bike in his TuTu, not a bikini.

Perhaps WARP9 knows nothing of my Pink TuTu antics or my strawberry banana daquerie or mudslide drinking binges.

You must go back to the desert dash ever. 2011 DD..The worst weather brought out awsome conditions and snow covered trails on Sunday on Pinion Trail.

Here I am wearing a pink TuTu and full raingear at 7am saturday entering Oriflame Canyon.

I am afraid we witnessed the slow demise of that tutu, I remember seeing little pieces along the trails, Schwinnesque bread crumbs if you will.
