Bbg.will 0 Posted June 12, 2012 This is just insane. The motorcycle collection is unbelivable... I like how his lower garage had nothing but practical, average, american made cars, except the rover. Even the rover wasn't spectacular though, just well appointed for expedition off-roading. Was anybody else saddened by the lack of miles on those motorcycles?? :(

kvanderstel 0 Posted June 15, 2012 The cars must be protected at all cost? And he's got a Chevy Cruz down there? A useless hole in the ground. What a waste. Oh well, it's his money.
Strega 0 Posted June 15, 2012 A useless hole in the ground. What a waste. I think it's a fantastic way to spend your money when you have it. I think it's very creative.
PastaPilot 17 Posted June 15, 2012 A useless hole in the ground. What a waste. I think it's a fantastic way to spend your money when you have it. I think it's very creative. The USS Constellation aircraft elevators used cables, not hydraulic rams. He said, "If we had millions and millions of dollars of cars" not "we had millions"..."need to be protected"..., because his car collection is worth less than his motorcycle collection. Maybe the RV would even things out, but I could have that car collection and I'm a po' ass slacker. I love the elevator idea, but the subterranean garage was very plain. I kept hoping there was another room we were going to go into with the real collection and workshop, etc.
