I started riding very late in life (30). But, I instantly got hooked. <b>Dirtbikes have changed my life.</b>I love riding! Motocross, desert, dualsport, baja, trails (all of it). I would like a streetbike someday too.

I would like to meet some new riding buddies, but I am usually very shy and nervous about riding in a new group for the first time. I consider myself a decent rider, but you just never know. It's all relative. I race in women's classes (intermediate to expert depending on the district and type of race).

My husband and I live on a wonderful piece of land just below Palomar mountain. We have a track on half of it. I only ride on it after it rains though.

Most weekends, I will either be at the motocross track on my YZF250 or I will be on my KTM on a dualsport ride. I haven't made it out to the desert much since I stopped desert racing in 2006. But, I do want to go out more often.

I would love to meet (and encourage)more women who ride. There's just something about a group of girls riding together that is special.

Anyway... I hope to meet a bunch of new riding buddies on this site.
