This is some really great riding up there and yes there are singletrack trails !Well the word really got out this year and the available registration slots we have left are almost completely filled up. We just have a limited number of openings left before we will have to cut off the registration page way early this year.If you have not signed up yet, better get it done quick as this ride is almost full. You can go to our registration page 15th Annual Dual Sport & Adventure Bike Ride and get your entry in. Your entry includes our awesome America 250th Birthday logo on the front of our ride shirts and these will be a one of a kind shirt. The shirt order has been placed this Monday and we will only have limited quantities at the event. If you have come to one of our events in the past we would like to see you again. If you have never been to one of our events we would like to meet you and have you as a supporter in the future. Working together we can keep our "Public Lands Open to the Public Not From the Public".If you have already signed up for our 15th Annual Adventure Bike & Dual Sport Ride that's great. If you have not, please get all of your friends and riding buddies together and get signed up ASAP as this event is filling up fast and we don't want you to miss out on the opportunity to have a great time with friends and family. If you just want to come out and have a great Saturday night dinner and raffle and enjoy a great evening with us to show your support you can do that also. This is your chance to come out and help support the Stewards in keeping your favorite roads and trails open for you and your families enjoyment. Please go to www.sotsnf.org to get registered while there is still time. We look forward to seeing all of you that have come before and all of you that we will be meeting for the first time.Mike WubbelsExecutive Director

CALIFORNIA OHV RIDERS — KNOW YOUR STICKER!California’s OHV registration rules have changed, and there is still a lot of confusion surrounding Green Stickers, legacy Red Stickers, and the newer Tan Stickers—especially when it comes to competition dirt bikes. The good news: 2003–2021 Red Sticker motorcycles and ATVs can now generally be ridden year-round on public lands where that type of OHV use is allowed. But there is an important catch: 2022-and-newer noncompliant competition motorcycles did NOT become Green Sticker trail bikes. These vehicles fall under California’s Tan Sticker/noncompliant classification and are generally restricted to closed-course competition use on public lands. If you own a dirt bike—or are thinking about buying one—understanding the model year, CARB certification, emissions label, and DMV classification is more important than ever.Click the link to read the full article and learn what California’s current OHV sticker rules mean for you.https://corva.org/CORVA-Action-Items

I can't go, my eye is still recovering from surgery and I shouldn't be doing anything in dusty environments or any bending or lifting for another few weeks.

Welcome Back Mike ! Hope to see you again soon.

Yeah, I heard it too a few days ago. Bummed, Ted was a great guy.

Wish I could but can't show you around until sometime in May.
I already mentioned you should get the trail map for Corral Canyon from the Cleveland National Forest offices.
-
I can't ride until May, but now I am cleared to go up in elevation so I can drive across the mountains. Thinking about doing some 4 wheelin' somewhere in Anza Borrego this Sunday, nothing gnarly since I have a stock 4x4 F150. Anyone interested ?

I may need to get a small bike again.

From Paul at GP Motorcycles San Diego...
KTM IS ON THE GAS AGAIN!Many of you may have heard that KTM went through a restructuring and a lot of doomsday misinformation was spreading on the internet. This video celebrates the fact that KTM is back in full force and is as strong as ever!I can personally tell you, as a USA Dealer for KTM, that throughout the restructuring, we noticed very little in the way of business interruption. In fact, KTM has been and continues to provide us with great support both on the sales side as well as in service. We at GP are thrilled to be part of the KTM family, and with the all-new 390 Adventures rolling in now, and the factory up and running full speed on all four lines, we are eagerly looking forward to the arrival of the 2026 SX lineup and are taking deposits for the exciting RC 990 coming later this year!Ready to Race!-
