Bums panel! 1946 Dodge panel truck

I would like to be in on this. Depending on what weekend you decide. I have my own transportation and place to stay. Depending on how big the crowd is at SCHWINN's place some can stay with me. I have a house in crestline. I need to learn the trails up there for future rides!

I ride faster than most snakes, never had a problem. (LOUD PIPES SAVE LIVES) Makes sense. MY .02
Snakes cant hear! There is no I in team. Thinking about everyone. GEE WIZZZ Hammer!
-
I have 4 tickets to the game tonight. Anyone in N county interested? Left field. Second tier. Front row. Only row in sec. Like having private box. No one in front or behind. Next to WMetal bldg. Bring glove for Hr ball. I myself have caught 2.

I think relax and let your rider buddy call for/get help. Minimize the spread of the venom. Last time we had a chopper medivac in a short time in the middle of nowhere.
Who? When? Where? Why? How did you contact someone?
Don't think tourniquet, think ace bandage. Slow the flow not stop it, and it's good for many other injuries, from sprains to holding a pressure bandage on.
I will add an ace bandage and a large pressure bandage to my bag of tricks. No weight gain there, and you never know!

Suicide, Komakazi mission. Broken arms, legs or major trauma. Hammers wife is a nurse! Whos in. Come on down, or up! I forgot, skilled riders only (or those with inflated ego's)!
Hammer wanted an edit.
All skill levels welcome (need rut filler)!

So snake bit kits are worthless! No one carries a phone that actually works were we ride to call an ambulance. What is the proper protocol. Let the victim ride his bike as far as he can while he gets his adrenaline pumping! Maybe "Dont Move" I am going to find a place where my phone might work! Neither option sounds that good for the victim. I think if it were me, I would apply a tourniquet and ride as far as I could towards the road/help! I dont know if that would be right, but WHAT TO DO? Time to add a tourniquet to the pack!

Listening to all this talk about snakes is making me wonder if I should carry a snake bite kit. What is actually in a kit, and does it really work?

I had a great time! Trails were great. Scenery was awesome. The trails could of been longer. If I would of had more time I would of gone back to check out the springs with bikeslut and bruce. Leaving that hour early saved me. Just made it back in time to unload, clean up and off to pick the kids up! Thanks to Chris, Slut and Bruce for a great day!
-
OK people we have a change. I have contacted all that I knew where going. CardiffChris, Bikeslut, Bruce and all have agreed to change the rendezvous time to 8:30 at Deer springs AM/PM. I am posting this change so that if any of you lurkers who did not respond can show up ON TIME! Thanks guys for being so accomodating!
-
Hey guys I would like to go on this ride, but the late departure time is to much of a gamble to make it back in time for father commitments. This is not my ride so asking if you guys would be able, or like to move the departure/ rendezvous time up to 8:30? If not I completely understand. That would force me to have to show Hammer and crew how to tear up the trails tomorrow instead!

Warranty issues are the real question! You have to find out if you will void the warranty by not having them do it. What if you do the scheduled maintenance, then the dohickey goes. Then the warranty if void. OOOUUCH!

Is there ever going to be a bike that just does everything perfect for dual-sport enthusiasts??HONDA XR650L!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on now!
-
-
Looking to burn up some fuel and get some riding in! I will go dirt or street. Anyone?
-
There was an awesome looking road there, but it was gated off with a sign that said it was closed due to poor condition. Looked plenty passable on a dual sport to me, I don't know where it goes though.
There's no NO TRESPASSING sign! No NO MOTOR VEHICLES sign! Closed due to poor condition. That sounds like a perfect invitation for a dual sport bike! I am in! Anyone else who knows there area interested? Paul you need some practice! How about mid week that way there will be less people JUST IN CASE!

I see a CLEAN OFF coming between the KING OF BLING and the MT NEWB!
-
Who snuck a pic of me eating chit at the D Dash? Damn that hurts!

Come on DR DYNOMITE! http://dualsport-sd.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/scratch_one-s_head.gif Show us were we CAN GO.
How about that black stuff in the middle of the photo.
You have me mixed up with the BMW,KTM,Vstrom "Adventure riders!"
But seriously, I'm trying to express my inner artist. If I could only post photos of riding areas, there would be nothing left for me to post.
Seriously, great pics! DYNOMITE as my brothers say!
Since I'm on the topic of the High Trestle, here's an aerial shot of it.
What about those nice trails?
-
They are not riding HONDA red, they are riding CHINESE RED! Cheap knock offs that they can get next door. If your going to copy something, you usually copy the best. No there not using KTM orange to http://dualsport-sd.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/scratch_one-s_head.gif these SOB, they are using USMC green in the form of KLRs(as much as that pains me to say). They could not afford HONDA, and certainly could not afford the fleet of mechanics it would of taken to keep ORANGE running, so they settled.

OOhh! Look at the pretty single track. NO TRESPASSING! OOHH! Look at the bitchin trails. PRIVATE PROPERTY! OOHH! Look at the miles and miles of pristine trails and fire roads. NOT FOR MOTOR VEHICLES!!! DAMN it! Come on DR DYNOMITE! Show us were we CAN GO. For the rest of you buzz kills SHUT UP! I mean SHUT UP and ride! http://dualsport-sd.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/scratch_one-s_head.gif
-
Look at all that single track! When is the exploration ride going to be? I am in!
-
No " off road vehicles" implies that is ok for plated bikes... to me... anyone have other thoughts?
EXACTLY! When are we going?
-
Nice pics Toddrh, It must be nice to have something you can roll over and not really hurt it.
Ya todd, must be nice. I sure would like to do that in my jeep! Oh thats right I still need that full roll cage built! Hint, Hint! Metal twister do you build roll cages? Just in case todd has retired.

Where would the rendezvous spot be? What time? How long on the venture?
