Something else to consider, the Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team is an all volunteer unit led by a law enforcement sergeant. They get called out for all kinds of tasks, not just missing persons. Interested in hearing your views on the 350 KTM/Husky. Do you wish you went bigger (500)? How is it in deep sand/ road manners? Just continuing my research before pulling any triggers. A T700 is likely in my future, but like TNTMoto, I will wait for a used one.

Not real familiar with that area, but is it possible he went over the side of the 94 out towards Tecate? Some steep drops on the westbound side....everyone is focused on the hillside, what if he was actually making his way home. If he slabbed home what would his route have been?

Exceptional mechanic and all around good guy Tom (tntmo) came over today and installed running boards on my truck for me. I would typically tackle this myself, but the injured knee wont allow it. The steps are a big help getting into the truck especially for the wife. Thanks Tom, your a good dude and I/we very much appreciate your help.
