I’ve boiled fuel in Big Bear and Mammoth when it was over 100 at on stupid crazy steep climbs.

Rode Mc Cain this morning. All the signs are gone. Quite a few groups camping and riding. Getting real dry and dusty.

I’m getting quite comfortable on my 1090. Only dream of doing some of that on the big bike. Yes to the sand dunes though.

Nice. We did a similar length ride out of Alpine yesterday. More like 60/40 dirt street. Perfect weather. Lots of people out enjoying the outdoors while practicing proper social distancing.

Tough part about this. He’s riding a Beta 500 4 stroke with what appears to be a 4 gallon tank. His wife told me all they had to go on was gps coordinates from a photo he sent them. That was probably 1gallon of fuel into his ride. Leaves a huge area of possibilities of where he could have gone. I’ve ridden with Bobby and he’s a skilled and responsible rider. Not a newb. Many prayers sent.
