doing this ride leaving next sunday do you have any good routes for gps?

Hi guys I have a good friend of mine coming down from sf in a few days he is bringing his 520 exc and wants to go on a ride. I'm pretty new to the dualsport thing but have been riding all my life. Mx tracks mostly and street we could handle just about anything off road. Would like to take him somewhere cool Where can I take him in or around San Diego? I just bought a 60 csx so a map would be best

looks as if the Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx is the one to get? Rei has the best price online at $219 why does everyone else want more money? Am I missing something? gpscity wants $40 more. Can you get the mount at REI also?
