How the game is played The Tagger takes a picture of their bike in a findable location. Said picture is posted with clues to where the location is. Others have to figure out where the location is, go there, take a picture of their bike in the location and post it. The first one to post up a picture gets to do the next tag. If you don't get it, watch how the game is played for awhile before jumpin' in. Rules 1. One Tag at a time. 2. The Tag must be findable and easily accessible in the San Diego area. 3. The Tag may be on pavement or dirt. 4. Clues must be included with the Tag. 4. Stating where the Tag is does not count. You must post a picture of your motorcycle at the Tag. 5. Tags must be current. No using old pictures to win a Tag or post a new Tag. A new Tag picture must be taken after the previous Tag was found. 6. Winners must post a new Tag within 1 week. If the winner does not post a new Tag within 1 week the game may be hijacked and anyone can post up a new tag. 7. Tags must be won within 3 weeks. If a Tag has not been won within 3 weeks it will be deemed unfindable and anyone may hijack the game and post a new Tag. Boundaries North: Temecula South: U.S./Mexico Border West: Pacific Ocean East: Eastern boundary of Anza-Borrego Desert

The cabin was fairly large with high end finishes. We had rented a smaller one but the owner made an error and double booked it so she gave us her bigger one for the price of the smaller one, score!! We turned the entire downstairs into our gear area. We have been using homeaway.com & VBRO.com to find vacation rentals for the past few years and it's worked out really well. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants someplace to stay other than camping or hotels. -
If the BBQ is during the day you'll want to keep it somewhere close to the beaches. Ramona is bloody hot already this year. Alcohol is prohibited on all of San Diego's beaches, parks and public areas without a special permit according to the San Diego Municipal codes.

What's with the name change, Paul? You should give us all some warning. I'm reading a post by some guy named paulm-something and I see the Genius avatar. I'm thinking "hey this guy has Fakename's avatar" and then I'm thinking , this is Fakename. You can try to run and hide but you will always be Fake to me.

Looking forward to reading your posts. Seriously, if you do not write for a living you should. Curious, is Lola tied into the sidecar? I'm thinking about getting a Ural in the future so I can take trips with the dog. I'd like to request lots of pictures of scenery and dogs on motorcycles. -
Anyone Want to Host BMW Rider from Germany ?
Mistress of the dual replied to KTMrad's topic in Open Discussion
I'm usually up for having strange bike riders stay at my house but right now you can barely get into guest room #1 because we are renovating guest room #2 and all of guest room #2's stuff is staying in guest room #1. -
Ugh....saw a freshly killed deer yesterday on Hwy 67 at 4:30am. One of my biggest fears while riding is suicidal deer. :wacko:/>

Baldbeemer and I often host motorcycle travelers. It always turns out to be a fun time. We should be able to help them out for a few days of their stay here. Randy I'll send you a PM with more details. -
Walt and some friends are planning a Baja ride. He’s looking to buy a bike out here and has his eye on one in Borrego Springs. The seller is reluctant to do business with someone who doesn’t live here so Walt is hoping to get some assistance from a local. He needs someone to go have a look at the bike and assure the seller that he a legitamate person looking to buy a bike. The earliest I could get out there would be the middle of next week. If anyone here is heading out to Borrego and feels like lending Walt a hand you can call him at 601-431-2683 or send him a PM through ADV Rider, his ADV handle is DWalt. Thanks.

Many of our local bike shops also give discounts on riding gear with your MSF certificate.

Chris, after hearing you rave about the MT43 I gave them a try. I have them on the front and back. For a novice dirt rider who does not like to slide around they are perfect. I run about the same PSI in dirt as you do, what PSI do you run when you are on the street?

Brave Little Lady - Protective Gear

I used to be the girl in a miniskirt, a pair of stilettos and no helmet on the back of a sportbike in my younger years before mortality set in. 'looking good' was never a factor, I was always in too much of a hurry to have fun to think about gearing up. I'd just jump on with whomever in whatever I was wearing at the time. Thankfully I still have most of my skin. I consider myself to be a very lucky person. Now it's ATGATT all the way!!!
