Mistress of the dual

I have lived in San Diego since 1978. I grew up camping in Borrego and Baja and riding on the back of my stepdad’s Honda 250xl. Those were good times. Never really caught the motorcycle bug; caught the horse bug instead and have been riding horses most of my life. Met my husband, Baldbeemer, in 1999 who had decided that sport bikes were bad for his health and owned a Harley. I rode on the back of his Harley every so often but was never really comfortable riding pillion. I didn’t take much of an interest in motorcycles until Baldbeemer brought home a BMW 1150gs and world of adventure riding was brought to light. I took the MSF course in June 2009 and have been loving riding ever since.
