Trailer Storage & Use Near SDSU

This is probably a long shot but worth a try.  My son is starting SDSU later this year and will be playing soccer.  I was thinking it would be great to have our trailer down there for a few months as would be be coming down pretty frequently for soccer games.  Anyone have any options or suggestions as to someplace we could keep and use the trailer?  RV parks are pretty expensive option since they only give monthly options and would be there maybe two weekends out of the month.
