Bagstr 287 Posted October 5, 2017 One 6mm Pain Myself and Martins Moto http://martinsmotos.com/ Could Not drill this. ??? The clutch needs to be pulled to replace in case you want to by an after market bolt. I do not recommend this product. https://hdmoto.com/moto/shift-levers/cnc-shift-lever-accessories/ktm-shift-lever-bolt

Mr.JAJA 380 Posted October 6, 2017 You should use a LEFTHAND DRILL. I have this here. most time the drill than grabs the screw and bring it out. https://www.amazon.com/Neiko-10037A-Titanium-Nitride-Coating/dp/B000BMJX8C/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1507262574&sr=8-7&keywords=left+hand+drill+bit+set
Mikey777 44 Posted October 6, 2017 +1 on left hand drill. That has worked for me too. Start with the smallest bit first and work your way up.
Uncle Champ 115 Posted October 6, 2017 Bagster I have fancy get it out stuff if you want to try at my place or give it to me and I'll try. Or action cylinder head in Santee helped me out, I know the guy let me know.
isde97 29 Posted October 6, 2017 The previous extraction attempts look like the drill point isn't on center. There is a decent chance I could reestablish a center point and get it out. A hardened bolt is going to add to the challenge.
