wildwood 11 Posted April 6, 2017 I have a 2001 Ford F250 7.3 Super Duty Diesel with a fuel line leak under the passenger side of the cab to the engine. If any of our members are specialist in this area, I would pay shop rates to have it done. I have a good reference for a shop in El Cajon, but I think it's the type of job that could be done here at my place by a knowledgeable mechanic and a little lead time. I know it's a common problem with these trucks. If someone is interested, or has an awesome reference, please PM me for details. Thanks, -Bob³
wildwood 11 Posted April 29, 2017 Just to follow up, I found a really good diesel mechanic in El Cajon. Diesel Systems Services - Owner / Mechanic: Steven Bruce 1.619.733.1108 Spot on and fair priced. http://www.blacksmokin.com With all the rain, the mice and other wildlife are coming out of the woodwork here in the foothills. I've been battling mice for 2 months now. All our vehicles are taking hits. None worse than our Ford F-250 Super Duty Diesel last week. My air filter had gotten sucked off the seal and left them enough room to get past it. It's kind of hard to get the turbo to spool up when it's full of rat nest. Insulation from the engine compartment. Luckily, I don't think the rats got sucked through. That would have been BAD.

Even had couple customers used it too in their vehicles when i worked in Poway
