Thanksgiving Day afternoon ride

Recommended Posts

While everyone else was getting fat on turkey I was out doing this

Dont let the first 4 minutes fool you, the second half was anything but graceful.

Crash at 7:15 for those who like to see me take dirt naps

good. just keep those 300cc rpms low and in the "soft" power zone, keep the rear loaded, nice hard stuff.

Nice route, but not 4 me with my bikes anymore. 40 years ago yes I would have attacked this. And we didn't had reclus.

40 years ago Bronco Peak trail went a different way and don't think I ever saw or heard of someone making it up on a bike

Back in the olden days, you had go "the Waterfall" to "The staircase".  You could ride down the staircase, but I don't think anybody tried to ride up unless they were on trials bikes.  It was crazy enough, riding down!
