dirt dame 559 Posted September 27, 2016 If you get them before they go that far, you can grind it out and have it re-welded. Then just file the weld smooth (and I like to polish it too, so it looks stock). I still have a bike that I had a rim re-welded on in the late 80s and it's still holding up.
