Huskey Memorial

Recommended Posts

I made it out to the husky memorial for the first time this weekend.  It was pretty incredible to see it first hand.   Was a little warm, 110ish, but totally worth it.

It is an awesome place, I worked with a guy named Dennis Harriman who was part of the original group to plant the Husky. Love the inscription on the bench.

2008 Up-Tite Husky- Husky Monument Ride-----wow it's grown a lot since 08 (internet blew it up).

Robert N (2008 TXC450) and Pat S (1983 OR390 I think),  not the memorial bike, the Huskys we rode that day.

Huskey Memorial

When I saw the title of this thread, I thought he just misspelled it.  Never seen it spelled that way ever before, till I saw the plaque.

???

I had no idea about the spelling either.   When I saw "huskey" I just figured it had something to do with the group that originally placed it.  If it's a mistake, you would think at the 30 year mark it would have been replaced and fixed.
