Chula Vista NOOB!!!

Recommended Posts

Just started adventure riding on a DR650. I'm in my early 40's. My only question is...... When is the next Baja "NOOB" ride??? Cerveza anyone?

That's not an orange , yellow or red bike , I don't think new guys can have all black bikes.

;)

Welcome.

Hey!!! I was going for the bike in a Chuck Norris movie "Delta Force" that was an awesome flick. Minus the rocket launchers, of course!

Nice looking bike. What part of CV do you live? I ride some local dirt pretty often. How much off road experience do you have ?

No I work in Santee now and live on Buckman Springs Rd. down by Cameron Truck Trail. Cold beverages always available, stop by.

Welcome. It's not the fact that your new that's important. It's the fact that your IN that's important, preferably before your 50 like I was.

Time for an Anza run soon.  The desert season is done.

Im so glad to see people being proactive on this forum. New and old will definitely benifit from this treasure trove.

Welcome! I miss my DR, but still have most of the specialty tools. If you ever need anything - NSU switch secured, safety switches bypassed, valves adjusted. etc - I'd be glad to work on the bike with ya.

If that Ricochet sticker is for the skid plate, the rear mounts need to be checked or the plate extended to the stock mount location. There are a few instances - some of us here witnessed one - where the rear mounts punch through the center case. Instant oil drain.

See ya out there.

Good meeting you in Campo today. Nice looking Suzuki.

Looks like a clone to the Bowers bike.
