CORE 4 Kids - MLK weekend (1/16-19) - Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundatio

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks, A hard copy of the flyer below will be in the next D37 Newsletter. CORE and the O.C. Dualies are combining forces to kick off the New Year/D37 Calendar with an event in January on MLK weekend.

This area surrounding http://www.glamisnorth.com/ is OHV friendly/NO STREET PLATE REQUIRED. Lot's of open space to ride/play.

Bring the family/enjoy the weekend. Reserve a cabin, R.V. and/or tent spot early because space is limited at the campground. More details to follow as we get closer!

Please help us kick off this new January event on the D37 calendar...

I know the short term focus for many on this board is LA-B-V........but I'm hoping many of you will realign your focus and head on out for the fundraiser on MLK weekend (call ASAP to reserve your camping spot).

Great cause/fun riding for street and stickered vehicles........bring the kids/quads/whatever.....along with your bathing suits for the mineral tubs.....

Jeff is the O.C. Dualies Prez. The $$ from this CORE fundraiser for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation is being directly deposited into their account as a non profit corp.......

I'm heading out there Sat after the ceremony at Butterfield this Sat. I'll be meeting with Cal (Campground Owner) about misc. event details. I don't believe we need a designated block of spaces. All sites are easy walking distance to one another and I hope to sell out the campground.

Now that LAB2V is in the rear view mirror it's time to look ahead/focus on the first event of 2015.

Please help us raise some cash for a good cause and enjoy riding in an area that may be new to many of you.

Hope many of you will be able to join us....

The "CORE 4 Kids" fundraiser for the Pediatric Brian Tumor Foundation is kicking off the D37 Calendar in 2015 (Jan 16-19). This is a co-sponsored event between CORE and the Orange County Dualies to raise awareness/$$ for the kids and ride in an area many of you have never visited. We hope to make this an annual event to fill the gap between LAB2V in November and the SDAR Desert Dash in February.

"CORE 4 Kids" Flyers were in the November D37 Newsletter and the LA-B-V rider info packets.

Fundraiser registration info can also be found on the CORE website: http://www.CrawdadOffRoadEvents.com

Registrations to date are pretty anemic.......I'm hoping a lot of you folks will jump on board, register, and have a great time with us at Glamis North Hot Springs Resort. We've uncovered a lot of good "family" riding out there to share with you as well as some Dual Sport only sections. Quads and RZRs are also available for rent (make your reservations now)

Giant Loop and Seat Concepts have signed on/thrown me a little swag to raffle off to lucky winners......

Sign up TODAY......come on out.......Let's ride!

Entries are woefully low for this FUNDRAISER for PEDIATRIC BRAIN TUMOR FOUNDATION. Please step up so we can make this an annual event between LAB2V and SDAR Desert Dash. All proceeds are being deposited directly to the Dualies/Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation gmail account. I'm personally kicking in substantial $$ out of my pocket.

I also have limited swag to raffle off on Sat. (Seat Concepts seats, $100 Giant Loop gift certificate, etc.)

Let's do this!

Chris....if I didn't have to be riding and making changes to the Desert Dash route over the next few weekends I would be at your event.

I will make a donation from SDAR even though I can't make your event

Hope u get a good turnout !
