Not that any of you guys are above gossip, but...

I actually know this house and have some personal experience with it. My wife at that time in the late 70's was having an affair with the guy who lived in it. When we got divorced she actually showed it to me. I have no interest in going back. I could tell you some juicy stories about the guy who lived in it then. :wacko:/>

If it were a few years down that road, that could be a great retirement place????....dump the house in San Diego.....buy a piece of wilderness serenity...riding out the back door....

..though I'm leaning toward a similar place in Northwest Arizona ....love the "lesser regulation" of Arizona....!!

shelter valley is pretty nice though at that price
