I just want to thank everyone that came to Ben's Celebration of Life today. It was great seeing everyone and I heard a lot of appreciative comments from the family regarding the support from the club. I was sorry to hear about Strega's accident and am glad that he is ok. Rex

This is awesome!!! The family will be stoked that so many of the SDAR family will be attending. I was asked by the family if a few members of the club would be available to assist directing people before the service. I will be there for sure and may ask some of you to assist as you arrive. If you don't want to that is ok. I also got a question regarding dress from one of our members. My understanding is that there will be a very short formal service at the beginning and then a celebration of Ben's life afterwards with the focus on the celebration. Riding gear is fine for this event so please dress as you would normally when you ride. However Schwinn should probably not wear his pink skin suit and tutu. :heh:/>:heh:/> Look forward to seeing you guys there. Rex

We saw Pam, Ben's wife, today. She said that she would like everyone that comes on bikes to park at the front of the building by the big concrete barriers. I will be there early and will try to help direct the bike riders. She will also have Ben's bike there. Thanks all for your support. Rex

Sneeker thanks for posting this. I just got the information myself. I will be driving there with my family but Ben's wife said that she welcomes attendees on motorcycles and is considering having Ben's bike at the service. Rex

No news on when and where yet but the family is ok with people showing up on motorcycles. I will let everyone know when and where as soon as I know. Rex

Hi all. As some of you know Ben and I were good friends and rode together quite often. I am still having difficulties accepting that he is gone. He always had a smile on his face and loved life, his family and his friends. He will be greatly missed. I will post details about services on here as soon as I hear about them. Rex
