As much as I would love to recommend the L, if you are using it for commute and not dualsport I would get more of a street bike altogether. If you still want a street oriented dual sport, look at a klr, Bmw Dakar.

When I worked for a big tile company, I met a wood guy that put some terrible images in my head. I had noticed the scarf on his neck (middle of summer in Neast county) but not my business. He was in a very bad mood and needed someone to talk to. He was a young white guy living up north(relatively close to LA). He was married with an infant child. He was doing well, had lots of toys and a house. 2 Black males approached him one night when he was getting out of his truck in his driveway. They had a gun and told him they wanted his drugs and money. They thought he was a drug dealer. They told him to take them into the house or he would get shot. He complied. They proceeded to tie him and his wife up, and ransack the house. They did not get much, as he had said they did not have anything. As the Black POS are leaving the older one tells the younger one to go to the kitchen get a knife and take care of them. Young POS gets a knife cuts both of thier throats and puts the child between them. Turns out the POS did not cut deep enough. When he heard the F POS's leave he was able to undo himself and call 911. The police caught the two POS when they came back into the neighbor hood thinking that they were dead, and that no one would be the wiser at this point. He was going to court at the time over this event. In the end his wife left him because she said he could not protect her and the baby(BITCH). For those of you who think having a gun in the house will make you safe, you are mistaken. A gun will only protect you if you have it in your hand at the ready. 99 times out of 100 people never get to the weapon. I am not knocking owning a weapon. I do.

I went back to the website that I purchased the camera from to look at something, and noticed that they sell the camera and accessories package at a package deal. I called and had them correct my bill. The camera and package sell for 209. That is an awesome deal. Website Digitalfotoclub.com.

I am looking to get the vest. Wondering if people who have them have any complaints. What is the best price you have gotten? I have found the black for 78 shipped, or the orange Ktm for $72 shipped. The ktm would come down with combining shipping. Locally they seem to be much higher. The other alternative is a military jungle vest. Cheaper, but much more to it.

So I took the plunge today. I purchased the Kodak z1275 digital camera. $176.0 camera(new not refurb), 69.0 accessories package, $29.0 all inclusive(no deductable, fees of anykind) 3 yr extended warranty. This was best deal I could find for everything! Since the wife already has one, I figure we would not need to learn two different software garb. Good luck, and I will let you know how well it works in the field.

It is hit and miss with the motorcycle test. I was lucky and got in with no appointment. She had seen me practicing before and said she was not busy, so if I could get to the cashier I was in.

The 12 meg Kodak has a cool motion setting. I just tried the wifes with a moving object. It took a nice pic, but it had a slight delay so it did not capture the image I wanted. Thats not good!

The test is really easy. The smart thing to do is to go when they are closed and practice. When I showed up on the 650l the instructor commented on how smart it is to use one for the test. Also set you idle higher so you dont have to feather the clutch as much.

It says Ktm powered . It is not FI. I would wait and see what gets produced in the next couple of years. There will be a lot of new dualsports coming out with FI to pass emissions. Price 8 something.

I received my vest yesterday. I was told that it probably would not fit someone as "big boned" as I am. Wrong! It fit with lots of room for armor, jacket and extra layers. It does look small on, kind of reminds me of Chris Farley when he did Fat guy in a little coat routine.
