All, If anyone else is going to the 2017 Death Valley Noobs Rally and wants to join me for the trip there and back let me know. I live in Vista and I'm leaving Thursday 3/30 anytime in the am and coming home that Sunday.

Thank you for the welcoming. I'm still figuring out navigating my way around the forum, and looking forward to meeting up and joining in on some local rides. Hi all, My name is Jeff, and as all of you understand riding important. I'm 52 and really enjoy adventure bike riding. Long trips and camping, hiking, fishing etc.. riding keeps me sane. I'm looking forward to meeting new people in the SDAR club. Really looking forward to it! Is anyone from the club going to the Death Valley Noob Rally at the end of March? I plan on going and I'm staying all three nights at Panamint Springs. It would be awesome to ride out with others...

DND, Hi Dave, I'm Jeff and 52 from Vista as well? I like riding in general but like riding adventure bikes and camping. I would say that the 650 would be a great bike for that. Hope to see you around. Maybe we can meet up for a ride and meet some of the SDAR guys?
