ive been reading all the posts about this. Need to change my stock tires on my 450exc soon. What tires are you running out in the sand? I ride mainly octillo and pine valley. And I know everyone is different in bike and style. have to make a jump some time soon and you seem to have found what I desire. Any direction will help at this point.

Since the weather will be nice going for a nice easy ride south from wheeler to prison then follow railroad for awhile. Have a newbie with us so wont be a balls out ride. Leaving san diego at 7 plan to ride at 9. Or if anyone knows any good easy destinations for a street rider turned offroad please share. Want to stay out there at least till 2 or 3 to enjoy it.

Welcome... I'm new here also but the guys here that i have met are all awesome guys. As far as a bike do what i did. Walk around the bike shops till one falls over on you. It hurt but friendships are all about scrapes and bruises. I'm just glad i was walking around a KTM dealer when it happened... Really... it was fate.

Yes we did meet there. I was there with my wife, crystal, and son, logan. I am also really looking forward to the trip. Been out there helping him find new places till it got alittle to hot. I figured it was time to make some new friends to ride with, just in case dad can't make it somewhere.

Hi my name is Dan and I'm a recovering non Dual-sporter. I live in La Mesa and am always up for a ride. So long as my wife doesn't hide the keys from me, that means no. My dad is also a member and some of you may know him as DSTSS (or Yuma Guy). I recieved a '10 450 exc for christmas and have only 500 miles logged on it. I'm hoping some great people here can help me remedy that. Hey starpal don't worry I don't think I even heard your name either. Mine is Dan. I just remember the sweet ride. And our friends name is Wade. I should have the video up soon. I found out last night I need to tweak the placement of the camera. Most of the ride is of my seat and handlebars. There is still some good video though. I was just awake long enough last night to watch it, drink a beer, then fall asleep on the couch. I wanna do that again soon. Anyone heading that way in the next couple weeks hit me up.
