    spark plug number and gap????
  2. Morning, Buddies 94 DR350 has been sitting for ~2 years and has ~5,000 miles on it. Put new plug in and fired up with combo of old and some new fuel in it. Will fast idle with choke pulled to 1st click, but will dye if turn choke off. Run up to 3000rpm and hold= will: rrrruuunnnn-pop-rrrrruuunnnn-pop...etc Current set up is: stock head pipe with Yosh muffler; open airbox and filter in trash (yes air box cleaned and free of dirt), new plug (what is proper gap?). Thanks guys

    wiring to keep battery charged

Thanks. Have battery on Deep-Cycle/trickle charge while at work today. Should be good to get boat out of the water tomorrow. Found out that my 2004 V-6 Tocoma 4-door is only rated for 5000lbs-max and boat/trailer comes out to 6000lbs. A good friend's 2500 truck is already wired...so for tomorrow we are good. Time to shop for a 2500 Diesel truck (brand TBD). Will need anyway next year for toy hauler!
  5. Need to know how to wire truck to charge battery for winch on boat trailer. Any sparky-guys here?

    MUST READ

Wow, good thing he did not spook you and cause an accident. I had one jump into my truck on a camping trip up in Angeles Forrest ~15 years ago. While setting up camp I had left the door open. Closed the door and went for walk with my wife. When we came back I noticed parking permit was shredded on dash...further investigation found chipmunk up under dash. Opened both door...pounded on dash,,he finally ran out and I don't think he touched the ground 2 times in 100 feet to nearest tree ............ok, hijack off.

    Night Riding

TSR made up his own light kit for his quad, mounted to the handle bars. They have lasted for years now and he paid pennies compared to a brand name kit. Maybe he'll jump in here...or you could PM him.
